Summary of the Tower Tarot Card Meaning

After the Fool meets and integrates with their shadow, they are liberated of their guilt, shame and self-made prisons. They come to another striking realization. In their past life, they lived within and perhaps even helped build structures, processes and rules in service of upholding and protecting ideals that no longer reflect the totality of the Fool’s self. This once shining Tower that carried all their lofty ambitions and hopes now feels more like yet another jail. The Fool realizes that this structure that they took for granted as always needing to exist - simply because it has always existed - must be dismantled. The destruction is fearsome, vicious, ugly and violent. But without it, nothing better can be built.

Light: Collapse, upheaval, disaster, reckoning

To Break 1 - A thing, attitude, feeling or belief that no longer serves you.
To Break 2 - A thing, attitude, feeling or belief that no longer serves you.
To Break 3 - A thing, attitude, feeling or belief that no longer serves you.
Void - What hole is now left? Where am I feeling empty? What does this emptiness feel like? Can I sit with it? What does it mean?
To Save - Something that can be recovered or salvaged from the wreckage.
To Uncover - Something that was previously unknown, that can be given space to bloom once the wreckage is cleared.
