As the year is starting to come to a close, it's a good time to reflect on the year past. It hasn't always been easy, but through it all, one thing was constant; learning. I am continuously humbled by all the changes that life brings us; the changes that both clarify our boundaries and those that give us strength to transcend ourselves, and our shadows.

I hope that this year, despite its chaos, has been a year of learning for you too.
